Studio/Treatment Policies

Preappointment: For new clients please arrive with clean, polish free nail- Let me know in advance if you need removal, so I can allocate extra time. Please note there is a fee for removal of product.

Arrival Policy: Please arrive on time for your appointment time, if you are more then 15mins late we will need to shorten or reschedule your slot, which could result in part of full charge.

Cancellations/Sickness: Please provide 24/48 hours’ notice of any cancellations or if you need to reschedule. If I need to reschedule you, I will let you know as soon as possible. I will also aim to get you back in on my next available appointment. Please don’t attend if unwell.

Products/qualificaion: I use brands from The Gel Bottle, Magpie & Vamp Nail and Azure Tan. I am qualified in Nails through NZ Online Nail Academy and am enrolled to expand my services and start poly gel extensions module training soon. I have recently qualified for my certificate in spray tanning through Lash locks AU/NZ.

Safety/Hygiene: I am very cautious about hygiene, I ensure is always up to professional standard between clients. This is a number one priority of mine to ensure safety of my clients! If you have any infection, I will be unable to do your treatment till it is treated due to cross contamination.

Payment: Payment is ideally due at time of appointment. I accept Cash or can provide you with an invoice through henry - which needs to be paid within 24hours please. No eftpos sorry.

Parking: There is plenty of parking in my driveway or on the street. Feel free to park in front of my garage or behind my car.
